Here The Fasteners Are Manufactured Without Heating Directly From The Available Annealed Coils On The Header Machine . Initially The Rivets Are Formed And Then The Wole Lot Of Rivets Are Gathered In A Hex Trimming Machine Hopper , Whereby The Rivets Are Guided Into The Trimming Dies Via Conveyer Belt . Once The Bolts Are Trimmed They Are Threaded On Thread Rollers & Then Drum Polished . No Where Heating Is Required & There Fore It Is Known As Cold Forged Process . The Finish Of Cold Forged Quality Fasteners Is Much Superior To Hot Forged Quality.
